The successful candidate will be a pro-active team player, with demonstrated ability and desire to be part of a dynamic work force, mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement. Progression to Clinical Nurse Specialist, and support through a structured career pathway will be offered to a suitable candidate. Although a rotational 247 roster is in place, we offer flexible self-rostering and a choice of shift patterns.
