An exciting opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist for this progressive, general practice in Rozelle in Sydney's inner west. Based in a convenient location, this is an opportunity to become a part of a great team, this role would suit someone to settle into a long term employment.

Reporting to the Principal Dentist, you will working in a team of three to provide an outstanding level of customer service to their long standing patient base. The practice has been established for many years and adhere's to high standard of practice.

The role is 4 days per week between Monday-Friday and offers a rostered day off each week. 

Duties will include but not limited to:
  • Meet and greet patients
  • Answer calls when needed
  • Process payments and manage patient accounts
  • Handle patient appointments, accounts and records
  • Ensure procedures are followed correctly
  • Managing the recall system
  • Chair side assisting when requried

Successful Applicants will have the following:

  • Have exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Have a professional presentation

The applicant should be an experienced drug and alcohol nurse. The position is responsible for providing specialist nursing support to staff and patients in the assessment, management and referral of patients with drug and alcohol issues.

Bloomfield is home to 11 Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol (MHDA) Units. This position will sit across all of the units under the MHDA Directorate and the non-acute rehabilitation units.
