    Green Square Dermatology is a specialist medical practice located in Waterloo, just south of Sydney. Our dermatologists are qualified experts in the diagnosis and management of disorders affecting the skin, hair and nails of our patients. We are looking for a professional, motivated and caring Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to assist our patients and dermatologists in daily clinical and administrative tasks. Specific dermatological experience is not required as on-going training and professional development will be provided. Responsibilities. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following Surgical setup and assisting in dermatological surgical procedures Performing post-operative care including removal of sutures and dressing changes Manage patient education and triage dermatological issues Setup and stocking of treatment rooms Disinfection and sterilisation of reusable medical devices Administering laser, light and photodynamic therapies Administering therapeutic skin treatments Maintenance and ordering of medical consumables. Nurses at our medical practice are not permitted to inject muscle relaxants or cosmetic fillers. Work schedule. This position will commence as a permanent part-time position with a focus towards permanent full-time. The current work schedule is 3-4 days per fortnight, plus at least 2 Saturdays per month. The hours available can be flexible, but generally fall within the following ranges 900am - 530pm Tuesday and Thursday 830am - 300pm Saturday. Paid overtime may be required on some days and additional hours may become available over the next few months. Qualifications required.
